Call me crazy, but I think you’re doing this wrong….
I’m sure someone wrote up a risk-assessment for a fire hose…and it was shot down.
Well, I thought the only Navy authorized initiations were for Shellback and for makeing Chief (if you can still call that an initiation).
If a group of enlisted men did that to new Petty Officers it would be called hazing.
Still, I think all the blue shirts enjoy seeing the Officers splashed.
One more reason why prohibition against alcohol on US Navy ships should be lifted!
